New SMM- Restoration of Vision Benefits to the NYCDCC Welfare Fund

As the NYCDCC Benefit Funds recently announced via our website (www.nyccbf.org) and our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/nycdccbf), effective January 1, 2015, vision benefits for eligible NYCDCC Welfare Fund participants will be restored. In our initial announcement, we stated that we would soon follow up with more detailed information. As a result, we are posting the following Summary of Material Modifications (“SMM”) on our website, and we are also sending eligible participants a paper version in the mail. You can view the SMM by clicking the link below, or you can read the paper version when it arrives in your mail in the coming weeks.
