Benefit Funds Creates User Guide to Help Members Manage Benefits

The New York City District Council of Carpenters Benefit Funds would like to take this opportunity to let you know about some exciting changes that have recently taken place within our organization. As you may be aware, effective February 3, 2014 the Benefit Funds went live with a new benefits administration system. With this change came a new and improved member portal (I-Site) that allows for the secure retrieval of your individual member information from the Benefit Funds’ system. However, with change, sometimes confusion can follow. To help you avoid confusion and better utilize our new system, we have created a user guide which details how to successfully navigate the new member portal.
