Enhancing your Member Services Experience: Optimal Call Times and Other Options

The mission of our Member Services Department is to provide the highest quality of member-focused customer service, benefit knowledge, and support. As such, we’re always striving for ways to enhance the member experience and accessibility. To that end, we want to make you aware of the best times to call and other options available to you.

  1. Call (800) 529-FUND (3863). Thursdays and Fridays are typically our lowest call volume days and would be ideal days to call. 
  2. Call (800) 529-FUND (3863) and leave a message with your name, UBC #, your question and the best time to call. A representative will call you back within 1 business day. This option is also available on nights and weekends.
  3. Email memberservices@nyccbf.org with your inquiry. Please include your name and UBC #, along with a contact number and the best time to reach you. You will receive either a written response or a phone call within 1 business day. This option is also available nights and weekends. 
  4. If you don’t have time for a phone call, we also offer the opportunity for you to complete a Member Assistance Form on our website. Upon filling out this form, you will receive a return call from us within 1 business day or less.
