It’s a day of indulging in love, celebration, and SWEETS! And we don’t mean sweets as in the nickname you have for your significant other… We mean the caloric kind! We believe that all of our members, as well as their families, should indulge and enjoy this holiday of love, but we also want to encourage you to do so in a healthy manner.
