Member Services to Extend Phone Hours on Mondays Beginning June 2nd

Beginning Monday, June 2nd, the NYCDCC Benefit Funds Member Services Department will be extending our phone line availability on Mondays from 5PM to 6:30PM. This change is being made to give members a wider daily timeframe to call in with their benefits questions. Once the change takes place, our new phone line hours will be Monday from 8AM-6:30PM, while Tuesday through Friday will remain 8AM-5PM. Please spread the word to your fellow members as the NYCDCC Benefit Funds continues to make every effort to strengthen our service to you!
