Great news for NYCDCC Welfare Fund participants!

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (Independence Administrators) has reached a new three-year agreement with Mount Sinai to restore Mt. Sinai physicians and facilities to the network.

What you need to know:

-Agreement runs through 2028

-Doctors in-network: January 1, 2026

-Hospitals/facilities in-network: March 4, 2026

-Past claims: Will be treated as in-network

Why this matters:

-You can continue seeing Mount Sinai providers at in-network rates

-No need to switch providers if you were already using Mount Sinai
