NOW AVAILABLE: Updated NYCDCC Pension Fund Summary Plan Description (“SPD”)

The Fund Office is pleased to announce that it recently completed a revised NYCDCC Pension Fund Summary Plan Description (“SPD”). Effective May 1, 2024, this updated SPD replaced your previous SPD and all Summaries of Material Modifications (“SMMs”) that were distributed prior to May 1, 2024.

The Fund Office will soon mail hard copies of the SPD to eligible participants. However, you can also access the SPD in digital form on our website at https://nyccbf.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/NYCDCC-Pension-Fund-SPD_May-2024_Final-for-Website.pdf.

As a reminder, note that this SPD is important to you and your family because not only does it summarize the rules of your pension plan, but the information contained in it may also help you make decisions about your retirement.
