NYCDCC Training Center (“CTC”) Holds 53rd Annual Graduating Apprentice Exhibits and Open House Event

On Wednesday, March 27^th, the NYCDCC Training Center (“CTC”) hosted its 53^rd Annual Graduating Apprentice Exhibits and Open House. Featuring skills showcases, tabling vendors, spirited competition, and a sizable turnout, both the CTC staff and apprentices put on a terrific event.

The highlight of the event was the 4^th year Graduating Apprentice exhibition contest, as dozens of apprentices completed projects in their respective fields. The competition allowed the apprentices to show off the skills they learned over the past four years as Carpenters, Floor Coverers, Interior Finishers, Millwrights, Timbermen, Dockbuilders, Cabinet Makers, and High-Rise Concrete Makers. As these apprentices prepare to graduate and become journeymen, the future looks bright for the NYCDCC membership.
