Paid Family Leave- Notice to Employees

The New York Paid Family Leave (“PFL”) law became effective January 1, 2018. All private employers are now required to conspicuously post a notice to employees regarding PFL. Each Contributing Employer to the NYCDCC Welfare Fund will receive a paper copy of this notice in the mail. If you would like additional copies, you can click the link to the printable flyer below.
