Participate in MSK’s Community Health Needs Assessment by June 30th

To better understand the major health challenges impacting the communities around us, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey. We ask you to take this 10-minute anonymous survey to offer feedback on the health needs that are most important to you and your neighbors. The results of this survey will assist MSK in developing a plan to meet the health needs of your community in partnership with local organizations. MSK will publish the survey findings in their 2022-2024 Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Service Plan on their website, mskcc.org, at the end of the year.
