We’re aware of an issue that affected some Rapid Pay debit cards. Out of an abundance of caution, certain cards were temporarily inactivated by the vendor due to suspected suspicious activity.
Your card should now be reactivated and working. Rapid Pay is also issuing replacement cards to impacted members.
At this time, there is no action required from you. You can continue to use your card as normal. When your replacement card arrives, please activate it following the instructions provided.
