Due to a technical issue, the January Pension payments have been temporarily delayed. The Fund Office is aware of this issue, has identified the problem, and is working diligently with our software provider and Chase Bank to ensure that payments are processed as soon as possible. As of the time of this posting, we have been advised that benefits will be available in your accounts as early as today, but no later than tomorrow morning. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Additionally, our phone carrier is experiencing outages throughout the eastern United States. Our IT staff is in constant contact with our phone carrier seeking further information. We will provide updates as soon as there is something to report.
