Earlier today, the Fund Office reported that the MasterCard network with which rapid! PayCard operates was experiencing some intermittent issues with its service that may have been preventing cardholders from accessing their information and/or the money they have in their accounts. Currently, we are pleased to report that these issues have since been resolved. All rapid! PayCard holders should once again have full access to their account information and any vacation payments that were transmitted.
