Multi-Factor Authentication Coming March 16, 2026

To better protect your personal information, the New York City District Council of Carpenters (“NYCDCC”) Benefit Funds will introduce multi-factor authentication (“MFA”) for the Member Login starting Monday, March 16, 2026.

MFA adds an extra layer of security. When you log in, you will enter your password and a security code sent to your phone or email.

What You Need to Do

The first time you log in on or after March 16, the system will guide you through a quick setup that takes about 3 minutes.

This additional step helps protect your personal benefit information from unauthorized access.
